Comparing Teams

Once you have teams set up, you can use the team filter on any dashboard to compare how different groups perform.

Filtering by team

Select one or more teams from the team filter dropdown on the Metrics or Insights pages. The dashboard updates to show data only for members of the selected teams.

What to look for

• Cycle time differences — one team may be consistently faster at merging, suggesting processes worth adopting elsewhere.
• Review coverage — teams with low review participation may need pairing or reviewer rotation.
• Stale PR patterns — a high stale PR count on one team can signal capacity issues or unclear ownership.
• CI/CD health — compare failure rates to identify teams that may need build pipeline improvements.
