My data is not up to date
Section titled “My data is not up to date”Most changes from GitHub — new pull requests, merges, review activity, and CI/CD runs — are picked up within seconds.
Some dashboard data refreshes on a short delay:

| Open / in-progress pull requests | ~2 minutes |
| Insights (stale PRs, large PRs, hotfix rates) | ~3 minutes |
| Metrics, CI/CD stats, and team data | ~5 minutes |
Settings changes (filters, date ranges, team assignments) always take effect immediately.
Tip: If it’s been a few minutes, a simple page refresh will pull in the latest numbers.
I added a repository but don’t see any metrics yet
Section titled “I added a repository but don’t see any metrics yet”When you first add a repository, ProgressCue imports historical data from GitHub. Depending on the size of the repository this can take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes.
You can check import progress under Settings → Repositories, where each repository shows its status for Pull Requests, Deployments, and Workflow Runs.
